Your proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days after all payment, photo and personalization information is received. Proofs will be delayed if there is a problem with any of the information provided.

How do I send you my photos and/or personalization information?

After you check out an email will be sent to you. Reply to that email with your photos and/or personalization information.

What Payment methods do you accept?

At this time will only accept paypal.

Will the colors on the printed card be the same as what I see on your website?

Not necessarily. Monitor settings vary greatly and can change what you see on the screen.

What if there’s a mistake on my order?

If you find a mistake on your proof please inform us of it and we will make the necessary changes. If there is a mistake on your printed card that was not present on a proof that was approved by you then we will reprint the cards at no cost to you. However if the error was made on the proof and the proof was approved you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting the card. Please be sure to thoroughly check your proofs. We do our best to make sure there are no mistakes made on your cards.

What if I want to make changes to my proof?

The proofing process was created for that purpose; to ensure you approve of everything created. If you want any changed please inform us and we will make them for you.

How long do you keep my order on file?

We will keep your order on file for 90 days.

Yes! All games can be changed to suit your taste.

We can change the directions to a verse that you like. The directions would then be printed on the back of the card.

I really like this one Shower game design but would love it in another color, can you change it?

Yes! Sandbox Sentiments designs are fully customizable. We will work with you on any changes you’d like done.

I am hosting a themed shower and like one of your invitations but cant fine a shower game design to match, can you create one?

I can’t find the theme I’m looking for can you help?

Yes! If you don’t find a theme or design you like but have an idea of what you want, contact us and we will work with you to create a themed event for you to remember.

I really like one of the puppy shower designs and would like to use it for a baby shower, can I do that?

Should I edit my photos?

Please do not edit your photos. We will do that for you.

I would like my photo changed to black and white for the announcement, should I change it?

No we can convert your photo for you at no additional cost. Please specify your request when you provide your photos and personalization information

How will you know what photos I want where?

When you send your photos please be specific about the placement of you photos. Indicate the arrangement in this order; photo name – placement.

For example: img_1002 – Main Photo img_1003 – top right. Img_1004-center right Img_1005 bottom right.

I like an announcement that has one photo but would like to use three can I do that?

Yes. Keep in mind the orientation of the card and the images you send us. If it is a vertical announcement that features a horizontal photo it probably would be better to send three vertical photos instead of three horizontal photos.

I like a card that has two photos but would like to use one, can I do that?

Yes! Keep in mind the orientation of the card and the images you send us. If you have any questions please contact us before you send the photos to us.

Do your announcements come with envelopes?

Yes all announcements, invitations and holiday cards come with envelopes.

Can I use a professional image?

Yes but you must provide us with a release form. Sandbox Sentiments follows all laws regarding copyrighted materials. It is unlawful for us to reproduce professional images without the express permission of the person, company or entity that produced the original copyrighted image.

You agree that you will endure all costs, attorney fees, judgments and nay other expenses incurred as a result of claims against us that claim the work produced violated the rights of any person or entity.
